TASTING NOTES: Carrie meticulously chooses barrels for this Chardonnay to achieve its beautiful golden straw color. The D&J barrels impart aromas of brioche and butterscotch with a touch of honeysuckle. The wine has a full, rounded body, with flavors of caramel and vanilla from the toasted oak, complemented by buttery and pear notes from secondary fermentation.
