2020 Sangiovese

TASTING NOTES:An ode to our old-world inspired roots! Sangiovese is a true reflection of the wines we love to make right here in Idaho. But sadly, this is likely to be our last vintage of Sangiovese. Hints of chocolate in the color roll into those straw and herbal notes in the nose. The body is full of black pepper, baking spices, and a hint of cocoa nibs.

2018 Nebbiolo

TASTING NOTES: Three years in the barrel tamed this red brick dust-colored Nebbiolo. Enjoy the contrast of the delicate aromas of leather with the rigorous tannins expected from this varietal. This wine serves as a nod to our travel in the Piedmont Region of Italy. After researching how some of the epic Italian wines are made, we gave it a shot. 31 days on the skins, 3 years in the barrel!
