TASTING NOTES: Deep dark rich velvet in color this is our very traditional Syrah based blend. The nose really reflects the dirty Syrah from Idaho with earth, wet gravel and hints of graphite. The body has some cherry and lots of different spices mixed with smoke, which helps add to a really long finish and it almost feels hot on your tongue.
