TASTING NOTES: The hint of Pinot Noir in this new Blanc de Noir gives a slight hint of salmon to the color.  The small bubbles effervesce a mild yeasty flavor layered in green apples, melons, and light tropical notes.  The medium acid finish lets the bubbles really sooth the palate.

2023 Chardonnay-Carrie's Select

TASTING NOTES: Carrie meticulously chooses barrels for this Chardonnay to achieve its beautiful golden straw color. The D&J barrels impart aromas of brioche and butterscotch with a touch of honeysuckle. The wine has a full, rounded body, with flavors of caramel and vanilla from the toasted oak, complemented by buttery and pear notes from secondary fermentation. The finish is impressively long, allowing you to savor the harmonious blend of oak and fruit.

2022 Cabernet Sauvignon Boushey

TASTING NOTES:  This wine presents a striking medium garnet core, transitioning to a pale ruby rim. On the nose, vibrant red berries mingle with the richness of chocolate-covered plums, all wrapped in a delicate hint of cedar. The palate reveals a medium acidity that keeps the wine lively, with low tannins allowing the bright fruit flavors to shine. Notes of baking spices add warmth and complexity, leading to a dry, satisfying finish.
