TASTING NOTES: The hint of Pinot Noir in this new Blanc de Noir gives a slight hint of salmon to the color.  The small bubbles effervesce a mild yeasty flavor layered in green apples, melons, and light tropical notes.  The medium acid finish lets the bubbles really sooth the palate.

TASTING NOTES: A blend of three years from 2015-2017 leads to a light brown to red brick dust color.  The aromas are full of brown sugar, toffee and jam which lead to a warming sensation when drinking, like you are sitting next to a fire eating toffee cake.
