The palate offers layers of dark berries, sweet red licorice, and subtle forest floor notes, creating a wine that is both expressive and complex. Bright acidity and a smooth, balanced finish make this an approachable red today, with the structure to develop beautifully over the next several years.
Cold soak for 9 days on the skin.
Finished with twice daily punchdowns and pumpovers.
